Alba Galindo
Alba Galindo, a Colombian-American TV host and model born on 26 February 1981, is currently employed by ESPN Deportes. Galindo is most well-known for her work as an Senadora on the Univision weekly sports show Republica Deportiva. Galindo was born in Miami and relocated to Cali, Colombia shortly thereafter. Galindo began modeling at age 17 years old. Galindo was model for a variety of firms such as Marlboro as well as Buchanan's. Galindo came back to Miami three years later to pursue her modeling career. Following her relocation, she was given many opportunities to be featured in catalogues of sportswear and swimsuits. In 2004, Galindo was awarded the Univision's Miss Republica Deportiva contest. She was chosen to take part in the Yo Quiero Ser Senadora contest two years after. This offered Galindo the chance to appear featured on the show's cult Republica Deportiva. The network chose her and signed her an agreement. From 2006 until the year 2015, Galindo formed a stable couple together with Natalia Saenz, a Miami-born Colombian model. Galindo announced on 11 January 2015 that she was not going to be returning to Republica Deportiva. Galindo was added to ESPN Deportes on 14 April 2015. She hosted the show on the show "Redes ESPN" and continues to take part in NBA and NFL games for Latin America.
