Marcia Cross

 Marcia Anne Cross was born on March 25 1962. Prior to her move to primetime TV she was a part of daytime soaps such as The Edge of Night, Another World and One Life to Live. She was a part of Melrose Place as Kimberly Shaw from 1992 until 1997. Cross played the role of Bree Van de Kamp, the housewife of ABC's Desperate Housewives (2004-12). She was awarded three Golden Globe Awards and a Primetime Emmy nomination for Outstanding Lead Actress in the field of Comedy Series. Cross played a frequent role in the role of the President Claire Haas in the ABC series Quantico. She is an English-Irish and was born in Marlborough. Janet Cross is a teacher, and Mark J Cross (1923-2021) are her parents. Cross was raised Catholic. She graduated from Marlborough High School, 1980. She also earned an Juilliard half-scholarship. Cross finished college in 1984, earning an B.F.A. Cross was a student of acting. She returned to Juilliard in 1997, and earned an MA in psychology at Antioch University Los Angeles.
